摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对英国青少年体育教育政策体系构建的经验进行分析,提出对我国的启示。英国青少年体育教育政策体系建构经验:搭建互为补充的核心与配套政策框架;彰显互为融合的体育与教育价值理念;形成互为衔接的普及与提高实践路径。目前,我国青少年体育教育政策体系存在政策规划有待优化、政策目标有待统一、政策资源有待整合的困境。据此并结合英国相关经验,提出对我国的启示:加强政策衔接,多部门搭建核心与配套互为补充的政策框架;完善政策举措,多渠道提供校内与校外互为支撑的体育服务;整合政策资源,多领域共享体育与教育互为融合的专业资源;优化政策执行,多范畴夯实普及与提高互为衔接的培养阵地。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the experience of the construction of British youth physical education policy system,and put forward the enlightenment.The construction experience of British youth physical education policy system:It builds a complementary core and supporting policy framework,highlights the mutually integrated values of sports and education,and forms a mutually connected practice path of popularization and improvement.At present,there are difficulties in the policy system of youth physical education in China,such as policy planning needs to be optimized,policy objectives need to be unified,and policy resources need to be integrated.And,according to British experience,the paper put forward the enlightenment as follows:We should strengthen policy coherence to build a multi-sectoral policy framework with core and complementary policies,improve policies and measures to provide mutually supportive sports services in and out of school through multiple channels,integrate policy resources to share professional resources integrating sports and education in multiple fields,and optimize the implementation of polices to consolidate the training ground of mutual connection between popularization and improvement in various areas.
