摘  要:为丰富肿瘤标志物检测方法,提出一种新型的CA125和HE4生物化学发光免疫检测方法,并对两种方法的检测效果进行评价。结果表明:CA125法HE4法分别在0~1200u/ml和0~1000PM/L的范围内高度相关(R2>0.99),且不产生批内变异,证实两种方法具备良好的重复性;CA125法和HE4法的灵敏度可分别达0.25u/ml和0.5PM/L,且不与常见的肿瘤标志物发生交叉反应,表现出良好的灵敏度和特异性;与市售ELISA试剂盒检测结果高度相关,表现出良好的准确性。由此得出,CA125和HE4磁微粒化学发光免疫检测方法具有高灵敏度、高准确性等特点,为卵巢癌的临床医学诊断提供一种新的和更全面的试剂检测方法。In view of the low specificity and sensitivity of traditional tumor markers,CA125 and HE4 magnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay(hereinafter referred to as CA125 and HE4)were proposed,and the characteristics of CA125 and HE4 were evaluated.The results show that CA125 method has good correlation in the range of 0~1200u/ml and HE4 in the range of 0~1000pm/L,R2>0.99;The two methods have almost no intra batch variation,which proves that the detection method has good repeatability;The sensitivity of CA125 and HE4 were 0.25u/ml and 0.5pm/l respectively,and there was no cross reaction with common tumor markers;It has high correlation with commercial ELISA kit.CA125 and HE4 magnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay has high sensitivity,accuracy,excellent repeatability and specificity,and can provide reagent basis for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer in clinical medicine.
