摘　　要：目的:对比不同宫腔镜技术在中重度宫腔粘连中的应用差异。方法:选取我院76例中重度IUA患者分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组给予宫腔镜电切治疗,观察组实施宫腔镜冷刀治疗。比较两组各项指标差异。结果:观察组的手术用时、术后出血、膨宫液吸收量及住院时间均低于对照组。观察组术后3个月的治疗有效率高于对照组。与术前相比,术后3个月两组的EV、FI、VI、VFI均提高,且观察组上述指标均高于对照组。术后3个月,观察组的月经改善有效率高于对照组。结论:与宫腔镜电切相比,对中重度IUA患者实施宫腔镜冷刀治疗手术效率更高,术后促进患者血液供应及月经恢复,效果显著。Objective:To compare the application differences of different hysteroscopy techniques in moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions.Methods:A total of 76 patients with moderate to severe IUA in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,38 cases in each.The control group was given hysteroscopic electric resection,and the observation group was given hysteroscopic cold knife treatment.The differences in the indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,postoperative bleeding,absorption of uterine distention fluid and hospital stay in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group 3 months after operation was higher than that in the control group.Compared with preoperative,the EV,FI,VI and VFI of the two groups increased at 3 months after operation,and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Three months after the operation,the effective rate of menstrual improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Compared with hysteroscopic electric resection,hysteroscopic cold knife treatment for moderate to severe IUA patients is more efficient,and it can promote the recovery of blood supply and menstruation in patients after surgery,and the effect is significant.
