彩超引导下完全埋入式静脉输液港颈内静脉植入分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩超引导下完全埋入式静脉输液港(VPA)在肺癌化疗中的应用价值。方法:2020年1月至2021年2月,选取在我院治疗的肺癌患者130例,根据置管方式分为VPA组(n=62:给予VPA)、PICC组(n=68:外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC))。结果:VPA组一次性置管成功率、留置时间、置管成本分别为96.77%、(17.59±2.33)月和(392.10±85.57)元/月;化疗后SDS评分和SAS评分分别为(41.43±5.04)分和(38.38±6.03)分,GQOL-74评分躯体功能、心理功能维度评分分别为(65.58±8.11)分和(68.92±9.04)分高于PICC组(P<0.05)。VPA组导管相关并发症发生率为3.23%,明显低于PICC组(c2=6.044,P<0.05)。结论:彩超引导下VPA在肺癌化疗中有较好应用价值,对疾病预后具有积极意义。Objective:To explore the application value of completely embedded intravenous infusion port(VPA)guided by color Doppler ultrasound in chemotherapy of lung cancer.Methods from January 2020 to February 2021,130 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital were divided into VPA group(n=62:VPA)and PICC group(n=68:peripheral venous puncture and central venous catheterization(PICC)).Results the success rate,retention time and cost of one-time catheterization in VPA group were 96.77%,(17.59±2.33)months and(392.10±85.57)yuan/month respectively;After chemotherapy,the scores of SDS and SAS were(41.43±5.04)and(38.38±6.03)respectively.The scores of gqol-74,physical function and psychological function were(65.58±8.11)and(68.92±9.04)respectively,which were higher than those in PICC group(P<0.05).The incidence of catheter-related complications in VPA group was 3.23%,which was significantly lower than that in PICC group(2=6.044,P<0.05).Conclusion VPA guided by color Doppler ultrasound has good application value in chemotherapy of lung cancer and has positive significance for the prognosis of the disease.
