摘　　要：目的:观察远程监护技术对子宫肌瘤切除输卵管子宫患者的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年3月于医院治疗的80例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,40例对照组给予常规护理,40例研究组给予远程监护技术护理,护理前、后检测患者性激素水平,给予患者负性情绪、性功能、效能感、生活质量、护理满意度评价。结果:研究组性激素水平优于对照组,患者负性情绪、性功能、效能感、生活质量、护理满意评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:远程监护技术对子宫肌瘤切除输卵管子宫患者,可调节性激素,改善卵巢功能及性功能,提升效能感、生活质量及满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of remote monitoring technology on uterine myomectomy patients with tubal uterus.Methods:A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into groups by random number table method.40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 40 cases in the research group were given remote monitoring technology nursing.The levels of sex hormones in patients were detected before and after,and the negative emotions,sexual function,efficacy,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results:The levels of sex hormones in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the negative emotion,sexual function,efficacy,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction scores of the patients were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remote monitoring technology can regulate sex hormones,improve ovarian function and sexual function,and enhance the sense of efficacy,quality of life and satisfaction for patients with myomectomy.
