摘　　要：为了提高卷烟的生产质量,需要对卷烟机械的生产质量进行分析,因此提出并设计基于3а-均值控制图法的卷烟机械生产数据质量分析模型。通过控制图分析正常模式下、生产过程产生异常后直至控制图监测出异常、完成抽样以及分析时间共四种情况的参数。分析抽样成本、社会损失成本和控制图单位时间成本,最终获取控制图的单位时间成本,准确完成卷烟机械生产质量分析。测试结果表明:该模型可准确分析生产数据的异常波动情况,在可控率为95%、失控率为1%的情况下完成生产数据分析,以保证产品的生产质量。In order to improve the production quality of cigarettes,it is necessary to analyze the production quality of cigarette machinery.Therefore,a cigarette machinery production data quality analysis model based on the 3а-average control chart method is proposed and designed.Analyze the parameters of four situations in the normal mode through the control chart,after the abnormality occurs in the production process,until the abnormality is detected in the control chart,the sampling is completed,and the analysis time.Analyze the sampling cost,social loss cost and the unit time cost of the control chart,and finally obtain the unit time cost of the control chart,and accurately complete the cigarette machinery production quality analysis.The test results show that the model can accurately analyze abnormal fluctuations of production data,and complete production data analysis with a controllable rate of 95%and an out-of-control rate of 1%to ensure the production quality of the product.
