摘　　要：中医药治疗骨关节炎注重辨证论治,但因历代医家认识骨关节炎的切入点有所不同,导致现代医家中医药辨治骨关节炎的理论体系各有所侧重,梳理发现目前主要从脏腑、六经、病因、络病、髓系等不同学术思路辨治骨关节炎,总体而言均取得了一定疗效,能较好地改善患者症状,提高生活质量,且不良反应较少。Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of osteoarthritis.However,due to the different entry points of different generations of doctors’understanding of osteoarthritis,the current theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis has different emphasis.It is concluded that at present,the treatment of osteoarthritis is mainly based on the ideas of Zang Fu organs,six meridians,etiology,collateral diseases and medullary system.Generally speaking,the clinical effect is quite good,which can better improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life,and there are few adverse reactions.
