生产性服务业集聚对区域创新空间溢出效应的影响研究

摘　　要：从区域空间关联视角出发,分析生产性服务业集聚影响区域创新及其空间溢出效应的理论和现实机制,在此基础上构建空间杜宾模型,利用2003—2019年中国除港澳台地区的31个省份的面板数据,实证检验生产性服务业集聚对区域创新空间溢出效应的影响。研究结果表明,生产性服务业集聚与区域创新空间溢出之间存在显著的相关关系。总体来看,生产性服务业集聚度对创新溢出的影响不显著,而生产性服务业丰裕度则对创新溢出产生显著的正向影响;分行业来看,生产性服务业各行业的集聚度和丰裕度对创新溢出的影响效果不一致,丰裕度的提升更有助于创新溢出。生产性服务业各行业集聚对区域技术输出和技术引入的作用不同,各行业集聚度提升不利于技术输出但有利于技术引入,而丰裕度提升既有利于技术输出又有利于技术引入;区域之间技术差距越大,越不利于技术输出,而对技术引入的影响则不显著。From the perspective of regional spatial correlation,this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical mechanism of the impact of producer service industry agglomeration on regional innovation and its spatial spillover effect.On this basis,a spatial Dubin model is constructed. Panel data of 31 provinces is used to empirically test the impact of producer service agglomeration on the spillover effect of regional innovation space. The research results show that there is a significant correlation between regional innovation space spillover and producer service industry agglomeration;overall,the impact of producer service industry agglomeration on innovation spillover is not significant,while the abundance of producer service industry has a significant impact on innovation. Spillover has a significant positive impact;in terms of industries,the agglomeration and abundance of each producer service industry have inconsistent effects on regional innovation and technology transfer,and the improvement of regional producer service industry abundance is more helpful for the region and the realization of technology transfer. The role of each producer service industry in regional technology export and introduction is different,and the increase of producer service industry agglomeration is not conducive to technology export but it is conducive to technology import,while the increase of abundance is conducive to technology export and technology import. The greater the technology gap between regions,the less conducive to technology output,while the impact on technology introduction is not significant.
