摘　　要：在金融科技不断发展背景下,中央银行会计核算数据集中系统的推广上线,让营业部门对辖内金融运行数据有了更为全面的掌握。本文利用2019年1月—2021年12月的月度数据,运用定性与定量相结合的方法分析ACS业务数据与辖内金融运行的关系,构建了金融运行指标体系并建立VAR模型,分析了超额备付率与社会本外币存贷比、货币供应量、以及经济增长速度的关系。最后,根据实证分析结果为反映地区经济发展情况、维护区域金融稳定、预测经济发展趋势提供可行性建议。In the context of fi nancial science and technology,the promotion of the central bank accounting data concentration system is launched,so that the business sector has a more comprehensive master of financial operations in the jurisdiction.This paper uses the monthly data of January 2019 to December 2021,the method of using qualitative and quantitative combination,analyzes the relationship between financial operation in the jurisdiction,and builds a financial operation index system and establishes a VAR model.Pay rate and social foreign currency loan ratio,currency supply,and economic growth rate.Finally,according to the results of the empirical analysis,refl ecting the development of regional economic development,maintaining regional fi nance,providing feasibility recommendations for economic development trends.
