摘　　要：国内生育政策的放开使备孕二胎、三胎的人数剧增,其中剖宫产术后接受辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)助孕的患者显著增多,剖宫产术后对ART助孕妊娠结局的影响尚无统一定论。本文就剖宫产术后远期并发症及其对ART周期妊娠结局影响的进展进行总结,为临床医生提供更为全面、客观的参考。The loosening of China's one-child policy has led to a dramatic increase in the number of people preparing to have the second or third child.The number of patients receiving assisted reproductive technology(ART)after cesarean section increased significantly.There is no uniform conclusion on the effect of cesarean section on the pregnancy outcome in the ART.In this paper,the long-term complications after cesarean section and their impact on the pregnancy outcome in the ART cycle are summarized,so as to provide a more comprehensive and objective reference for clinicians to manage.
