摘 要:因具有较好的节能、环保效益,烟气冷却器近年来得到广泛的应用。然而,由于改造位置受限、燃煤硫分偏高、脱硝系统氨逃逸量偏大、设计不合理等方面的影响,较多投运后的烟气冷却器因缺陷故障退出运行。调研分析了数十台烟气冷却器故障缺陷,结果表明:导致烟气冷却器发生故障的原因有磨损、堵灰、腐蚀、管束振动等,其中磨损是最主要的故障类型。烟气冷却器堵灰的一类重要原因是脱硝系统氨逃逸量偏大引起的硫酸氢铵沉积堵灰,而烟气冷却器腐蚀多数因换热管泄漏,灰中酸性物质遇水呈强酸性,沉积在管排引发腐蚀。针对烟气冷却器故障原因,提出了在役机组烟气冷却器治理方案。Because of higher energy efficiency and environmental benefits,flue gas coolers have been widely used in recent years.However,the flue gas coolers often shut down during operation due to limited space,high sulfur content in coals,higher ammonia escape rate from the denitration device,unreasonable designs,etc.In this paper,the failure types of flue gas coolers were investigated,and it is found that the reasons for malfunction of the flue gas coolers include abrasion,ash blockage,corrosion as well as the vibration of heat exchange tube.Among these factors,abrasion is the key one.The results also show that ash blockage in the flue gas cooler is often caused by the deposition of ammonium bisulfate due to higher ammonia escape rate from denitration device.Corrosion of flue gas cooler is mainly induced by the leakage of heat exchange tube where the acid substances in the ashes are strongly acidic with water,deposited in the tube rows and cause corrosion.Based on these analysis,a treatment scheme for flue gas cooler was proposed.
