摘  要:针对某1000 MW机组高温再热器入口集箱吊挂装置管夹断裂问题,对试样进行了宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相组织分析、断口形貌分析。结果表明:管夹的U型螺栓断面平整、无宏观塑性变形,呈人字纹花样,断裂性质为脆性断裂。U型螺栓牙根轴向应力计算值超过了实测工作温度下的许用应力,部分吊挂装置存在超载现象,U型螺栓实际轴向应力进一步增大。综上所述,在超温及高应力工况下,U型螺栓于应力集中的牙根发生高温脆性断裂。In view of the fracture problem of the pipe clamp on the hanging devices of the high temperature reheater inlet header of a 1000 MW unit,the macro morphology inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic structure analysis and fracture morphology analysis were carried out on the sample.The results show that the U-shaped bolt of the pipe clamp has a smooth section,no macroscopic plastic deformation and a herringbone pattern,and the fracture nature is brittle fracture.The calculated value of U-shaped bolt tooth root axial stress exceeds the allowable stress under the measured working temperature,and some hanging devices are overloaded,so the actual axial stress of U-shaped bolt is further increased.To sum up,under the condition of over-temperature and high stress,the U-shaped bolt has high temperature brittle fracture at the root of the tooth with stress concentration.
