摘 要:随着超高压变压器负荷容量不断升级,如何提高变压器油在高温运行下的氧化安定性一直受到业内关注。为研究高温下不同类型抗氧化剂对变压器油纸理化性能的影响,向环烷基基础油、普通牛皮纸组成的绝缘体系中分别添加酚型抗氧剂T501、胺型抗氧剂T531、T501+T531混合物,在130℃下进行热老化实验,定期测定油样酸值、介质损耗因数、羰基指数和糠醛含量,同时检测绝缘纸聚合度并进行能量色散X射线谱(EDS)分析。结果表明:130℃下,抗氧化剂T501在变压器油老化前期抗氧化效果较好,随着老化时间的延长,氧化产物分解会加速油纸劣化;复合添加抗氧化剂T501与T531,油纸各项性能指标比较稳定,变压器油耐热稳定性增强。该结论可以为变压器油用耐高温型抗氧化剂的选择提供参考。With the continuous upgrading of load capacity of ultra-high voltage transformers,how to improve the oxidation stability of transformer oil during high temperature operation has always attracted the attention of the industry.In order to study the effect of different types of antioxidants on the physical and chemical properties of transformer oil at high temperatures,phenolic antioxidant T501,amine antioxidant T531,and T501+T531 mixture were added to the insulation system composed of naphthenic base oiland ordinary kraft paper.Thermal aging test was carried out at 130℃.The test regularly measured the acidity,dielectric loss factor,carbonyl index and furfural content of oil samples,and simultaneously detected the degree of polymerization of insulating paper and EDS analysis.The results show that,the antioxidant T501 hada better anti-oxidation effect in early stage of the transformer oil agingat high temperatures.With the prolongation of aging time,the decomposition of oxidation products would accelerate the deterioration of oil paper.With compound addition of antioxidants T501 and T531,the performance indicators of oil paper were relatively stable,and the heat resistance stability of the transformer oil was enhanced.The test results can provide reference for selection of high temperature resistant antioxidants for transformer oil.
