摘　　要：将肺康复治疗与有创机械通气相结合对COPD患者展开治疗,可以帮助其改善呼吸困难等问题,能为其身体健康和生命安全提供一定的保障。本文对肺康复的概念和优势、ICU慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的评估指标及疗效评判标准[即COPD患者的动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))等]进行了阐述,并对ICU早期肺康复的治疗方法和治疗内容进行了总结,以供参考。The combination of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy and invasive mechanical ventilation for COPD patients helps them improve breathing difficulties and other problems, and guarantees their health and life safety to some extent.In this paper, the concept and advantages of pulmonary rehabilitation, the evaluation indicators and efficacy evaluation criteria for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in ICU (i.e.,arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2)) in COPD patients were expounded, and the treatment methods and contents of early pulmonary rehabilitation in ICU are summarized for reference.
