摘　　要：为加快推进交通运输供给侧结构性改革,国家相关部委加大了对多式联运尤其是铁路联运的发展力度。中铁快运北京分公司多式联运业务的开展是深入贯彻国家及公司对多式联运发展的具体举措,基于多式联运业务现状,对多式联运业务进行SWOT分析,通过AHP方法确定各影响因素的指标权重,构建多式联运业务战略四边形,对多式联运业务进行战略分析,得出中铁快运北京分公司多式联运业务后续开展的战略方向和优化设计,为后续业务开展提供一定理论支持和借鉴。To accelerate the supply-side structural reform of transportation, the relevant ministries and commissions of China have stepped up efforts to develop multimodal transport, especially rail transport.The multimodal transport business of the Beijing Branch of China Railway Express Co., Ltd. is a concrete measure to thoroughly implement multimodal transport development strategies by the country and the company. Given the development of the multimodal transport business, the SWOT analysis was carried out, and the index weight of each influencing factor was determined by the AHP method. This paper constructed a strategic quadrilateral for the multimodal transport business of the branch and conducted a strategic analysis on multimodal transport development. The strategic direction and optimal design for subsequent development of the business were obtained. The research provides theoretical support and reference for the business.
