摘　　要：通过市场调查,收集梳理2010—2020年全国及成都局集团公司货物发送量数据资料,分析成都局集团公司货运市场10年演变成因。首先分析10年间全国货物运输总体演变情况,其次从货物发送量和货物分品类发送量2个方面,分析成都局集团公司10年间货运形势总体演变,发现煤炭发送量减少、集装箱货物快速增长是成都局集团公司货源结构深度变化的主要原因。为此,提出成都局集团公司货运发展对策,即利用好新建储煤物流基地以确保煤炭发送量稳定、加强班列开行和入箱货源组织以持续促进集装箱上量、继续稳定冶炼物资基础并抓好高附加值货物运输,为成都局集团公司“十四五”铁路货运高质量发展提供支撑。Through market research, this paper collected and sorted out the data on the freight delivery volume of the whole country and China Railway Chengdu Group from 2010 to 2020 and analyzed the 10-year evolution of the freight transport market of China Railway Chengdu Group. Firstly, the overall evolution of national freight transport in the past 10 years was analyzed. Secondly, the overall evolution of the freight transport situation of China Railway Chengdu Group in the past 10 years was analyzed from the aspects of the freight delivery volume and freight delivery volume by categories. It was found that the reduction in coal delivery volume and the rapid growth of container goods were the main reasons for the in-depth change in the supply structure of China Railway Chengdu Group. Considering this, the freight development countermeasures of China Railway Chengdu Group were put forward. Specifically,the newly built coal storage logistics base should be made good use of to ensure the stability of the coal delivery volume;the train operation and the organization of goods should be strengthened to continue to promote the volume of containers;the base of smelting materials should be continuously stable, and attention should be paid to the transport of high value-added goods. These measures can provide support for the high-quality development of railway freight transport of China Railway Chengdu Group during the 14th Five Year Plan period.
