摘 要:机体免疫系统与物质代谢存在交互作用,作为蛋白质组成基本单位的氨基酸对于维持细胞生存十分重要,其代谢受细胞内外环境中多种因素(如细胞因子等)调控。研究表明部分氨基酸及其相关代谢物具有免疫调节功能,而来源于免疫细胞和组织细胞的细胞因子在感染、炎症性疾病等机体防御过程中亦能发挥免疫调节作用,但细胞因子与氨基酸代谢的联系尚不明确,本文将围绕细胞因子与氨基酸代谢的联系进行综述。There is crosstalk between body's immune system and material metabolism.Amino acids,which are basic units of protein,are very important for maintaining cell survival.Their metabolism is regulated by a variety of factors(such as cytokines)in internal and external environments of cells.More and more studies have reported that some amino acids and related metabolites have immunoregulatory function,and cytokines derived from immune cells and tissue cells can also play an immune regulatory role in body defense process,such as infection and inflammatory diseases.However,relationship between cytokines and amino acid metabolism is still unclear.This paper will focus on relationship between cytokines and amino acid metabolism.
