摘　　要：森林火灾受多种因素影响,在不同条件下持续变化发展。当火行为强度较小且处于稳定阶段,是扑救森林火灾的灭火窗口期。西藏地区由于气候环境和地形植被的特殊性,火行为与全国其他地方有所不同,呈规律性变化。在组织扑救森林火灾的过程中,可以利用这种规律,提前预判火行为发展,把握火势小且稳定的有利窗口期,集中力量扑灭或控制火情。通过总结近年来扑救西藏地区森林火灾成功案例,介绍火行为变化发展的规律,提出科学判断并合理利用窗口期的思考建议,为安全高效组织灭火救援行动提供参考。Forest fires may pose different states affected by changing external conditions.The Critical period of fire,meaning the fire burning period of stable condition and limited tensity,is matter for fire staff to put off forest fires.Owing to the special vegetarian and weather in Tibet,forest fires spread in different ways with regular patterns,which are exactly we can take advantage of in the process of extinguishing forest fires.Firefighters are encouraged to work together and order an all-round general offensive in these critical periods.This paper introduces the growing rules of Tibet forest fires by summarizing the previous firefighting cases,and puts forward several suggestions in recognizing the critical period and make full use of it in firefighting,only for offering some references for later firefighting tasks.
