摘 要:分析了苏州某给水厂絮凝反应沉淀池、砂滤池、臭氧接触池和生物活性炭滤池各工艺段出水中高锰酸盐指数(COD_(Mn))的变化趋势,探究了降低COD_(Mn)的有效手段。结合生产实际情况,对比了调节加矾量、臭氧投加量和反冲洗周期等措施强化去除COD_(Mn)的效果。综合对比结果表明,调节加矾量以提高常规工艺对有机物的去除效果为最佳强化去除COD_(Mn)措施。The change trend of permanganate index(CODMn)in flocculation reaction sedimentation tank,sand filter,ozone contact tank and biological activated carbon filter in a waterworks in Suzhou was analyzed,and the effective means to reduce CODMn were explored.Combined with the actual production situation,the effects of adjusting alum dosage,ozone dosage and backwashing cycle to strengthen the removal of CODMn were compared.The comprehensive comparison results showed that adjusting the dosage of alum to improve the removal effect of organic matter in the conventional process was the best measure to strengthen the removal of CODMn.
