摘 要:为寻求抑制摩擦振动及噪声的新方法,分别探讨了在摩擦副背面安装阻尼元件以及在摩擦副表面加工沟槽型织构两种手段对摩擦界面的调控效果,并在此基础上将两种调控摩擦界面的手段组合,对得到的3种不同界面调控方法调控的摩擦系统进行摩擦噪声试验,并利用有限元分析方法和压力测试结果揭示其作用机理。结果表明,摩擦副背面安装阻尼元件或摩擦副表面加工沟槽型织构均可以改善摩擦界面贴合程度,从而提高摩擦系统的稳定性,抑制摩擦振动及噪声产生。以上两种界面调控方法组合后摩擦界面贴合程度进一步增大,因此在抑制摩擦振动及噪声方面表现出更大的潜力。此外,摩擦副背面安装的阻尼元件在增大界面贴合程度的同时,还可以使界面贴合更加稳定。Here,to find a new method to suppress friction-induced vibration and noise,regulation effects of installing damping elements on back of friction pair and machining groove texture on friction pair surface on friction interface were explored,respectively.Then,the two measures of regulating friction interface were combined to conduct friction noise tests for friction systems regulated by three different interface control methods.The finite element analysis method and pressure test results were used to reveal their action mechanism.The results showed that installing damping elements on friction pair back surface or machining groove texture on friction pair surface can improve fit degree of friction interface to improve stability of friction system,and suppress generation of friction-induced vibration and noise;after combining the above two interface control methods,fit degree of friction interface is further increased to reveal the two methods having larger potential in restraining friction-induced vibration and noise;damping elements installed on friction pair back surface can not only increase interface contact degree,but also make interface contact more stable.
