摘  要:针对双有源全桥(DAB)直流变换器传统移相调制方法存在电压不匹配、轻载时峰值电流大、部分开关管失去零电压开通(ZVS)特性的问题,本文采用了一种低压侧方波加高压侧脉宽调制的调制方法。利用划分的8种工作模式推导变换器传输功率、峰值电流以及软开关范围表达式,通过与单移相以及拓展移相调制的对比,验证所采用调制策略扩展了电压不匹配时的ZVS区间、减小了开关损耗与峰值电流,同时调制也相对简单。为了进一步优化变换器性能,提出了改善DAB峰值电流特性的优化调制策略。实验结果验证了所提调制优化策略的有效性,表明该调制策略相较于传统移相调制峰值电流从15.1 A降低到9.6 A,变换器效率提高了3.42%,有效地提高了变换器的性能。Aiming at the problems of large peak current and loss of zero voltage switching(ZVS)characteristics of some switches in the traditional phase⁃shifting modulation method of dual active bridge(DAB)DC converter under voltage mismatch and light load,a modulation method of square wave at low voltage side and pulse width modula⁃tion at high voltage side is adopted in this paper.The expressions of transmission power,peak current and soft switching range of the converter are derived by using the divided eight working modes.Compared with single phase⁃shifting and extended phase⁃shifting modulation,the modulation strategy expands the ZVS range when the voltage does not match,reduces the switching loss and peak current,and the modulation is relatively simple.In order to further optimize the converter performance,an optimal modulation strategy to improve the peak current characteris⁃tics of DAB is proposed.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation optimization strategy.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional phase⁃shift modulation,the peak current is reduced from 15􀆰1 A to 9􀆰6 A,the converter efficiency is improved by 3􀆰42%,and the performance of the con⁃verter is effectively improved.
