摘 要:【目的】探究梭梭根际促生菌(PGPR)菌肥对番茄生长、果实产量及根际土壤特性的影响。【方法】课题组前期从梭梭根际土壤中分离得到芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.)WM13-24、假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)M30-35和根瘤菌(Rhizobium sp.)WMN-33个菌株,并结合已有的解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)GB03和苜蓿中华根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium meliloti)ACCC17578制备成含有5种促生菌的复合菌肥;以芽孢杆菌WM13-24制备单株菌肥;并以LB培养基和微生物肥料巧农2号作为对照进行番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)田间试验。【结果】与LB培养基对照相比,施用复合菌肥后,番茄的产量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、维生素C含量、有机酸含量、土壤过氧化氢酶活性、脲酶活性、磷酸酶活性分别增加了73.75%、28.53%、15.73%、75.42%、15.15%、15.71%、1.8倍和26.73%。【结论】PGPR菌肥均可显著改善番茄品质,提高番茄产量。与单株菌肥相比,以梭梭根际促生菌为主要菌源制备的复合菌肥显著提高了番茄产量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、维生素C含量;且优化了番茄根际土壤特性。【Objective】To explore the effects of biofertilizers with plant growth promoting rhizobacterium(PGPR)strains from the rhizosphere of Haloxylon ammodendron on tomato growth,fruit yield and soil characteristics.【Method】Three strains of Bacillus sp.WM13-24,Pseudomonas sp.M30-35 and Rhizobium sp.WMN-3 were isolated from H.ammodendron rhizosphere soil,combined with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB03 from our laboratory and Sinorhizobium meliloti ACCC17578.The integrated biofertilizer containing five growth-promoting bacteria strains was prepared,and the field experiment of tomato was carried out.Bacillus sp.WM13-24 single biofertilizer,LB medium and microbial fertilizer Qiaonong 2 were used as controls.【Result】Compared with LB medium,after applying compound biofertilizer,tomato yield,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,vitamin C content,organic acid content,soil catalase activity,urease activity and phosphatase activity were increased by 73.75%,28.53%,15.73%,75.42%,15.15%,15.71%,1.8 times and 26.73%,respectively.【Conclusion】PGPR from the rhizosphere of H.ammodendron can significantly improve tomato quality and increase tomato yield.Compared with the single strain bacterial fertilizer,the compound biofertilizer prepared with PGPR from the rhizosphere of H.ammodendron as the main bacterial source significantly increased tomato yield,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,vitamin C content,and optimized the tomato rhizosphere soil characteristics.
