摘 要:【目的】研究H_(2)O_(2)添加剂对正丁醇均质压燃(homogeneous charge compression ignition,HCCI)发动机着火过程的影响。【方法】基于CHEMKIN PRO软件分析了H_(2)O_(2)添加剂对正丁醇HCCI发动机着火过程中关键组分、基元反应和反应路径的影响。【结果】H_(2)O_(2)添加剂促使缸内OH和HO_(2)的浓度升高,改善了正丁醇HCCI发动机的低温氧化过程。随着H_(2)O_(2)溶液体积分数的增加,H_(2)O_(2)(+m)=OH+OH(+m)对低温氧化过程促进作用的影响显著增强,而与C_(4)H_(8)OH-1相关的基元反应对燃烧过程抑制作用的影响被逐步削弱。同时,由OH主导的脱氢反应消耗了更多的正丁醇燃料,并且后续反应也主要集中于有C_(4)H_(8)OH-1、C_(4)H_(8)OH-3和C_(4)H_(8)OH-4参与的3条反应路径上。【结论】H_(2)O_(2)添加剂明显地提升了缸内OH浓度,促进了正丁醇的低温氧化,使得燃烧相位提前。【Objective】To study the effect of H_(2)O_(2)additive on the ignition process of n-butanol homogeneous charge compression Ignition engine(HCCI).【Method】Based on CHEMKIN PRO software,the effects of H_(2)O_(2)additive on key components,basic reactions and reaction paths during the ignition of a nbutanol HCCI engine were analyzed.【Result】H_(2)O_(2)additive increased the concentration of OH and HO_(2) and improved the low temperature oxidation process of n-butanol HCCI engine.With the increase of the volume fraction of H_(2)O_(2)solution,the effect of H_(2)O_(2)(+M)=OH+OH(+M)on the promotion of low temperature oxidation process was significantly enhanced,while the effect of elementary reaction related to C4H8OH-1 on the inhibition of combustion process was gradually weakened.Meanwhile,the dehydrogenation reactions leaded by OH consumed more n-butanol fuel,and the subsequent reactions were mainly concentrated on three reaction paths involving C_(4)H_(8)OH-1,C_(4)H_(8)OH-3 and C_(4)H_(8)OH-4.【Conclusion】H_(2)O_(2)additive significantly increased the concentration of OH,promoted the oxidation of n-butanol at low temperature,and made the combustion phase advance.
