摘  要:针对含油污泥危害性大、难处理的环保难题,以实现含油污泥资源化利用为目标,开展了含油污泥热解实验研究,优化了热解工艺,并对热解产物进行了分析。在催化剂加量1.2%、热解温度为420℃、停留时间3.0h、加热速率12℃/min、N_(2)流速为90mL/min条件下对含油污泥进行热解,结果表明:热解油回收率可达72.35%;热解回收油品质有较大的改善,产生的不凝气体组分可用于燃烧供热,热解残渣热值较高,可制成燃料重复利用,实现了含油污泥的资源化利用。Aiming at the environmental protection problem that the harmful and difficult to be disposed for the oil sludge,realizing the goal of the oil sludge resource utilization,experimental study on the pyrolysis of oil sludge was carried out.The pyrolysis process was optimized and the pyrolysis products were analyzed.The results showed that under the reaction conditions of catalyst dosage 1.2%,pyrolysis temperature 420℃,residence time 3.0hours,heating rate 12℃/min and N_(2) flow rate 90mL/min,the oil recovery could reach 72.35%.The pyrolytic recovered oil quality was greatly improved and the noncondensable gas component could be used for combustion and heating.Moreover,the pyrolytic residue had high burning value and could be reused into fuel,thus the resource utilization of oily sludge was realized.
