摘 要:装配式钢结构建筑凭借诸多优势,越来越受到政府和企业的青睐。在钢结构住宅中,作为重要组成部分的外围护系统尚处于发展阶段。国内传统水泥基外围护系统存在很多缺点,不符合建筑工业化的要求。ALC墙板技术在国内多不成熟或质量不可靠,相关研究不完善,存在诸如墙体性能不过关、装配化程度低或者不适应钢结构建筑特点等问题。本文介绍了一种双层ALC墙板技术,解决了室内露梁露柱和钢结构防火的问题,不需要额外采取保温措施,方便实现管线分离,与传统单层ALC墙板相比具有巨大的优势,能有效推动我国装配式钢结构住宅的发展。Depending on the advantages,assembled steel structure buildings are increasingly favored by governments and enterprises.As an important part of the steel structure dwelling houses,the building envelope system is still in a development phase.The traditional cementitious building envelope system has many disadvantages,which does not meet the requirements of the building industrialization.The ALC wallboard technology in China is still nascent,and the related researches are still imperfect.There are a lot of questions in the ALC wallboard technology,such as unqualified performances,low degree of assembly,inadaptability for steel structure,and so on.The double-layer ALC wallboard technology is introduced in this paper,which solves the problem of exposed beams and columns.Meanwhile,additional insulation measures are not required,and the pipeline separation is achieved conveniently.The double-layer ALC wallboard technology,which has many advantages compared with the single-layer ALC wallboard technology,can promote the development of assembled steel structure dwelling houses in China.
