摘 要:从甘肃庆阳污水处理厂采样,10℃驯化污泥,筛选分离得到5株对人工生活污水COD去除性能较好的耐冷菌,其中WE-1、WE-2和FH属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonassp.),WS-1属于节细菌属(Arthrobactersp.),WS-2属于土生拉乌尔菌属(Raoultellasp.)。单菌及混合菌对人工生活污水的降解研究显示,单菌10℃培养10d, WE-1的COD去除率最高,为85.70%,处理后COD为92.95mg/L。WE-1、WE-2、WS-1、WS-2和FH混合接种,10℃培养7d, COD去除率达91.89%,处理后COD为52.72mg/L。混合菌对人工生活污水COD的去除率优于单菌。该混合菌对改善我国北方寒冷地区生活污水处理效率有一定的潜在价值。Collected from Qingyang Sewage treatment Plantin Gansu Province,the samples were subjected to low temperature acclimation and enrichment culture at 10℃.After isolation and purification repeatedly,5 strains of psychrotrophic bacteria,which have higher chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal performance to artificial sewage,were screened out.The removal performance of single bacteria and its mixed bacteria on artificial domestic sewage was studied.The results indicated that strain WE-1,WE-2 and FH were Pseudomonassp,strain was Arthrobactersp.,strain was Raoultellasp..After cultured at 10℃ for 10 days,WE-1 had the highest COD removal ratio of 85.70%to artificial sewage between single strains,and the COD of the effluent was 92.45 mg/L.When artificial sewage was treated at 10℃ for 10 days by mixed strains,the COD removal ratio reached 91.89%,and the COD of the effluent was 92.45 mg/L.It appeared that the mixed bacteria strain had a considerable potential value in solving the poor sewage treatment efficiency in the low temperature conditions in China’s northern areas.
