常规磁共振检查在肩袖损伤诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析常规磁共振(MR)检查在肩袖损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法100例疑似肩袖损伤患者,均予以CT及常规MR诊断,对比两种诊断方式的诊断结果、诊断费用、时间、科学性、安全性。结果常规MR总检出率95.00%高于CT诊断的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT诊断费用(335.12±19.52)元低于常规MR诊断的(712.43±33.52)元,CT诊断时间(15.41±3.52)min短于常规MR诊断的(38.41±5.23)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT诊断科学性评分(93.64±1.36)分,与常规MR诊断的(93.23±1.84)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT诊断安全性评分(95.12±1.03)分,与常规MR诊断的(95.24±1.36)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规MR诊断肩袖损伤确诊率高,但常规MR诊断时间与费用高于CT诊断,在实际诊断中应根据患者的治疗需求选择最佳的诊断方式以提高临床确诊率,为患者提供更具针对性的医疗服务。Objective To analyze the application value of conventional magnetic resonance(MR)in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury.Methods 100 patients with suspected rotator cuff injury were diagnosed by CT and conventional MR,and the diagnostic results,diagnostic costs,diagnostic time,scientificity,and safety of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results The total detection rate of conventional MR was 95.00%,which was higher than 86.00%of CT diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic cost of CT was(335.12±19.52)yuan,which was lower than(712.43±33.52)yuan of conventional MR;the diagnosis time of CT was(15.41±3.52)min,which was shorter than(38.41±5.23)min of conventional MR;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scientific score of CT was(93.64±1.36)points,which was not significantly different from(93.23±1.84)points of conventional MR(P>0.05).The safety score of CT was(95.12±1.03)points,which was not significantly different from(95.24±1.36)points of conventional MR(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional MR has a high diagnosis rate in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury,but the diagnostic time and cost of conventional MR is higher than that of CT.In the actual diagnosis,the best diagnosis method should be selected according to the treatment needs of patients,so as to improve the clinical diagnosis rate and provide more targeted medical services for patients.
