摘 要:骨转移瘤是某些原发于某部位的恶性肿瘤经血液和淋巴转移至骨组织所产生的继发肿瘤,在乳腺癌及前列腺癌中发生率较高。骨转移患者预后较差,且会出现骨痛、脊髓压迫、病理性骨折等并发症。目前骨转移尚无法治愈,主要采用姑息治疗。大多数抗肿瘤药物难以作用于骨,导致骨转移治疗困难。为达到有效治疗骨转移的目的,亟需发展骨靶向药物递送技术。近年来,纳米技术在恶性肿瘤治疗中显示出巨大的潜力。该文基于骨转移的治疗现状,对纳米药物靶向治疗骨转移的进展进行综述,以期为骨转移的治疗提供更安全、有效的策略。Bone metastasis tumor is a secondary tumor caused by the hematogenous metastasis of some primary malignant tumors outside bone tissue.The incidence of bone metastases is higher in breast and prostate cancer.Patients with bone metastases have a worse prognosis than others.They frequently got complications such as bone pain,pathologic fracture,spinal cord compression.Unfortunately,current therapeutic options in most cases are only palliative,although not curative.Most anti-tumor drugs are rarely distributed to the bone and are hence pharmacologically ineffective in treating bone metastases.In order to effectively treat bone metastasis,bone-targeted technology needs to be developed.In recent years,nanomedicines showed a prospective role in cancer treatment.This review summarized the latest advances in bone-targeted nanomedicines for bone metastases based on the current status of treatment of bone metastases,with a view to providing a safer and more effective strategy for the treatment of bone metastases.
