摘　　要：1997年9月,党的十五大第一次明确提出建立以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度,二十多年来该制度极大地解放了我国社会生产力,在经济建设上取得了伟大成就。然而,随着市场化的不断加深,非公有制经济逐渐显露出自身的固有弊端,私人所有制通过不断占有更多生产资料的牟利方式扩大了社会成员间的收入差距,对我国当前实现全面建成小康社会及后期实现社会主义现代化的战略目标产生了阻碍。非公有制经济是如何对社会经济发展造成负面影响的?其根本症结在于何处?我们该如何去应对?本文将对这些问题进行简要概述与分析。In September 1997,the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed for the first time the establishment of a basic economic system with public ownership as the main body and the common development of multiple ownership economies.over the past twenty years,my country’s social productive forces have been greatly liberated and the economy Great achievements have been made in construction.However,with the continuous deepening of marketization,the non-public ownership economy has gradually revealed its inherent disadvantages.Private ownership has widened the gap between high and low incomes among members of society through the continuous occupation of more means of production for profit,which is important for my country’s current realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.And the later realization of the strategic goal of socialist modernization produced obstacles.How does the non-public ownership economy have a negative impact on social and economic development?Where is the root crux?How should we respond?This article will give a brief overview and analysis of these issues.
