摘  要:以德士古气化炉为原型,对掺混油泥的煤浆气化过程进行三维数值模拟计算。通过双通道入口表征复杂喷嘴结构;以随机轨道模型耦合湍流-煤浆颗粒的运动;使用未反应缩核模型计算焦炭颗粒与气体间的化学反应,考虑了灰层的阻力作用;采用有限速率/涡耗散模型计算气相间的化学反应,描述了各气体成分间的转化过程。研究表明:煤浆浓度增大能提高有效气含量,但炉温和碳转化率降低;随着氧浆比提升,有效气含量呈现先升后降的态势,存在极大值,同时炉温显著升高,利于液态熔渣流动;中心氧配比及炉压增大对出口气体组分影响不大,但能促进焦炭的气化转化。The gasification of coal slurry mixed with oil sludge in the Texaco gasifier is calculated by3-D numerical simulation. The nozzle structure is characterized by double inlets. The random trajectory model is used to couple the turbulence and the movement of coal slurry particles. Considering the resistance of ash layer to reaction gas, the chemical reactions between coal slurry particles and gas are calculated by unreacted shrinking core model. The finite-rate/eddy-dispersion model is used to calculate the chemical reaction between different kinds of gas, which describe the conversion between gas components. The results show that the growth of coal slurry concentration can increase the proportion of CO and H2, but the gas temperature and the rate of carbon conversion decrease. With the increase of oxygen slurry ratio, the effective gas content increases first and then decreases, and the gas temperature grows significantly, which is conducive to slag flow. The increase of central oxygen ratio and furnace pressure have little effect on the gas concentration, but can promote the gasification of coke.
