摘  要:随着蓄热式技术的发展,高炉煤气在轧钢加热炉中的应用也更为广泛,但由于双蓄热燃烧的结构特性,其烟气中CO的比例会有所上升。通过分析烟气中CO的来源及其危害,研究降低烟气中CO含量的方法与途径,实现高炉煤气的高效利用,在减少能源消耗的同时降低环境污染,同时降低企业的碳排放量,助力企业实现绿色、低碳、可持续发展。With the development of regenerative technology, blast furnace gas is more widely used in steel rolling heating furnaces, but due to the structural characteristics of double regenerative combustion, the proportion of CO in the flue gas will increase. By analyzing the sources and hazards of CO in flue gas, and researching the methods and approaches to reduce CO content in flue gas, the efficient use of blast furnace gas can be achieved, energy consumption can be reduced, and environmental pollution can also be reduced. It can also reduce the carbon emissions of enterprises and help enterprises achieve green, low-carbon and sustainable development.
