摘　　要：介绍了TENOVA CORE公司设计的台车式炭素焙烧炉的各种安全措施及结构特点,包括炉门压紧、蝌蚪式密封带、台车四周的水封装置,以及燃控安全措施、炉压与氧含量的监控、氮气及水加压系统等。多年的使用实践表明,这些安全措施是必要的和足够的,保证了焙烧炉的安全可靠运行。The safety measures and structural characteristics of car-bottom carbon baking furnace designed by TENOVA CORE company are introduced, including furnace door clamping, tadpole tape seal,water sealing device around the bogie, and combustion control safety measures, monitoring of furnace pressure and oxygen content, nitrogen and water pressurized system, etc. The practice of many years show that these safety measures are necessary and sufficient to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the baking furnace.
