摘　　要：分析了工业电炉系统中多炉体结构下的换炉方式,并提出了一种基于PLC控制的方法,即西门子S7-1500PLC系统,该系统是德国西门子企业新一代的自动化系统,能有效控制液压换炉开关动作,通过工业以太网实时地监控换炉系统。实践表明:该系统自2020年应用在宝钢90T工业电炉上,系统运行稳定。The furnace changing mode under the multi-furnace structure in the industrial electric furnace system is analyzed, and a method based on PLC control is given, namely Siemens S7-1500PLC system, which is a new generation of automation system for German Siemens enterprises, it can effectively control the action of hydraulic furnace change switch and monitor the furnace change system in real time through industrial Ethernet. The practice shows that the system has been applied to Baosteel 90T industrial electric furnace since 2020, and the system runs stably.
