摘  要:热管由于其优良的导热性能,应用场合越来越广泛。为了增强热管散热器性能,将石墨烯与烧结式热管散热器结合,搭建涂覆石墨烯的热管散热器散热实验平台,并建立相应的仿真模型,分析不同电源输入功率情况下,热管散热器散热效果。研究结果表明:在热管散热器上涂覆石墨烯能显著增强热管散热器的散热性能。当电源输入功率127.4 W,与普通热管散热器相比,被加热物体的稳定温度下降了15.6%。Heat pipe is used more and more widely,because of its excellent thermal conductivity.In order to enhance the performance of heat pipe radiator,a heat pipe radiator experimental platform of heat pipe radiator coated with graphene is built,and corresponding simulation model is established to analyze on heat dissipation effect of heat pipe radiator under different power input.The results show that coating graphene on the heat pipe radiator can significantly enhance the heat dissipation performance of the heat pipe radiator.When the power input power is 127.4 W,the stable temperature of the heated object is reduced by 15.6%,compared with the ordinary heat pipe radiator.
