摘 要:针对强磁场的检测需求,设计了基于新型磁电阻材料外尔半金属TaP的强磁场传感器。首先,分析介绍了外尔半金属材料进行强磁场检测的原理,材料的各向异性以及SdH振荡现象。之后,以外尔半金属TaP为磁敏感材料进行相关特性测试和传感器设计,通过锁相放大器OE1022D采集传感器输出信号。最后,通过实验测试,对传感器的灵敏度、噪声特性和测量范围进行标定。设计的传感器测量范围为-3~3 T,灵敏度为8.97μV/Gs,噪声特性为2mGs/√Hz@1Hz,实际测量结果误差小,分辨率较高,噪声小,对于强磁场的测量有一定的实用价值。Aiming at detection requirements of strong magnetic fields,a strong magnetic field sensor based on novel magnetoresistive material Weyl semimetal TaP is designed.Firstly,the principle of strong magnetic field detection for Weyl semimetal materials is introduced.The anisotropy of materials and the SdH oscillation phenomenon are analyzed and introduced.Then,Weyl semimetal TaP is used to test related characteristics and design sensor for magnetic sensitive materials,and the output signal of the sensor is collected by the lock-in amplifier OE1022D.Finally,the sensitivity,noise characteristics and measurement range of the sensor are calibrated through experimental tests.The designed sensor has a measurement range of-3~3 T,sensitivity of 8.97μV/Gs,and noise characteristic of 2mGs/√Hz@1Hz.The actual measurement result has small error,high resolution and low noise,and has certain practical value for the measurement of strong magnetic fields.
