摘  要:频率裂解是恒量圆柱壳体振动陀螺性能的关键指标之一,为降低频率裂解带来的影响,需要对陀螺振动频率及其裂解值进行精密检测。检测精度应优于0.01 Hz,故高精度频率检测技术对于圆柱壳体振动陀螺具有重要意义。基于此,针对圆柱壳体振动陀螺的频率检测需求,首先,选择了等精度法作为测量原理,其理论相对误差可低至0.0000013%;然后,根据圆柱壳体陀螺的谐振信号设计了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和单片机的等精度频率测量方法;最后,通过基于C++的微软基础类库(MFC)桌面应用程序对测量数据进行实时处理。实验结果表明:该检测方法得到的频率值约为5007.26 Hz,数据极差小于0.0029 Hz,标准差小于0.000633 Hz,频率裂解值能精确到10^(-3)Hz量级。该频率检测方法可以为高精度的频率修调提供技术支撑。Frequency splitting is one of the key indexes of the performance of cylinder shell vibrating gyroscope.In order to reduce the influence of frequency splitting,it is necessary to carry out precise detection of the vibration frequency and frequency split of the gyroscope.The detection precision should be prior to 0.01 Hz.Therefore,the high-precision frequency detection technology is of great significance to the cylinder shell vibrating gyroscope.Based on this,aiming at the frequency detection requirements of cylindrical shell vibrating gyroscope,the equal precision method is selected as the measurement principle,and the theoretical relative error can be as low as 0.0000013%.Then,according to the resonance signal of cylindrical shell vibrating gyroscope,an equal precision frequency measurement method based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)and micro-controller unit(MCU)is designed.Finally,the measurement data is processed in real time by Microsoft Foundation Classes(MFC)desktop application program based on C++.The experimental results show that the frequency value obtained by this method is about 5007.26 Hz,the data range is less than 0.0029 Hz,the standard deviation is less than 0.000633 Hz,and the frequency splitting value can be accurate to the order of 10^(-3) Hz.The frequency detection method can provide technical support for high-precision frequency tuning.
