近十年来我国银行业国际化研究述评

摘　　要：随着人民币国际化和“一带一路”建设的不断推进,我国银行业国际化取得了显著成就。基于此,近十年来学界对我国银行业国际化进行了广泛而深入的研究。2017年以前主要集中在商业银行为何要"走出去",多以自我提升型动机和追随客户动机为主。2017年以后的研究更为全面,涵盖了我国银行业国际化的机遇,包括银行业实力的提升、经济的快速发展、人民币国际化的推进、“一带一路”倡议的推动等;国际化的路径选择,涉及方式的选择和区位的选择;国际化面临的挑战,主要有人才较为缺乏、较大的海外监管压力和金融风险的增加等;国际化的对策建议,包括引进与培养国际化专业人才、深化境外监管合作与提升监管技术水平、加强风险防范与风险管理等。As the internationalization of the RMB and the deepening of the construction of the"the Belt and Road",the internationalization of China's banking industry has obtained remarkable achievements.Based on this,scholars have carried extensive and profound study on the internationalization of China's banking industry in the past decade.Before 2017,it mainly focused on the motives of"going out",China's banking industry played more emphasis on self-improvement and following customers.The research after 2017 is more comprehensive,covering the opportunities for the internationalization of China's banking industry,including the improvement of strength on banking industry,the rapid development of our economy,the boost of the internationalization of the renminbi,as well as the promotion of"the Belt and Road Initiative",etc;the path choice of internationalization involves the choice of mode and location;the challenges faced include lack of talents,greater overseas regulatory pressure and increased financial risks the countermeasures and suggestions for internationalization include introducing and cultivating international professionals,deepening overseas supervision cooperation and improving supervision technology level,strengthening risk prevention and management,etc.
