摘  要:风险沟通的本质是信息交流的过程,环境风险沟通中能力导向型信息和温情导向型信息对不同特质的个体的影响效果不同。基于ELM精细加工模型,采用实验法检验两类信息框架(能力导向vs.温情导向)与个体认知需求(高vs.低)的交互作用对公众满意的影响,验证认知信任和情感信任所发挥的中介作用,两类不同的信息框架效果具体而言:对于认知需求低的个体,温情导向型框架会使公众产生更高的满意,情感信任在其中起到了中介作用;对于认知需求高的个体,能力导向型框架会使公众产生更高的满意,认知信任在其中起到了中介作用。The essence of risk communication is the exchange of information.In environmental risk communication,competence-oriented information and warmth-oriented information have different effects on individuals with different characteristics.Based on the ELM model,this study tested the influence of the interaction between two kinds of information frames(competence-oriented vs.warmth-oriented)and individual need for cognition(high vs.low)on public satisfaction,and verified the mediating role of cognitive trust and emotional trust.Specifically,for individuals with low need for cognition,the warmth-oriented frame will make the public more satisfied,and emotional trust plays a mediating role aboutit;for individuals with high need for cognition,the competence-oriented frame will make the public more satisfied,and cognitive trust plays a mediating role about it.
