摘  要:毫米波行波管具有效率高、功率大、频带宽的特点,在国防和国民经济领域发挥着越来越重要的作用,因此对新型毫米波行波管的研究具有重要的现实意义。为填补F波段行波管研制空白,本文开展该频段行波管的研制工作,利用CST和MTSS软件完成对F波段折叠波导行波管慢波系统和输能系统的优化设计,并根据设计结果研制样管一支。样管测试结果显示工作电压20.3kV、电流50mA,103~110GHz频带范围内输出功率大于20W,增益大于25dB,该测试结果与模拟仿真结果吻合较好。Millimeter-wave traveling wave tube has the characteristics of high efficiency,high power and wide frequency band.It plays an increasingly important role in the fields of national defense and na-tional economy,and so the research of it has important practical significance.In order to fill the develop-ment gap of millimeter-wave traveling wave tube,the research focuses on F-band.By using CST and MTSS software to optimize the slow wave system and energy delivery system,an F-band folded waveguide traveling wave tube is developed.The test results show that in the frequency range of 103~110GHz,the operating voltage is 20.3kV,the current is 50mA,the output power is more than 20W,and the gain is more than 25dB,which is in good agreement with the simulation results.
