摘　　要：微波功率模块(MPM)广泛应用于远距离通信、电子对抗、下一代有源相控阵雷达和诱饵等领域,本文介绍了MPM的基本原理,简述了MPM的内部组成,分析其优点和关键技术难点,总结国内外的发展现状,并展望了MPM的发展趋势。Microwave power module(MPM)is widely used in the fields of long-distance communica-tion,electronic countermeasure,next-generation active phased array radar and decoy.In this paper,the basic principle of MPM is introduced,the internal composition is briefly described,the advantages and key technical difficulties are analyzed,the development status at home and abroad are summarized,and the de-velopment trend of it is prospected.
