摘  要:采用组织分离法对采后发病的火龙果进行病原菌分离,依据柯赫氏法则对病原菌进行致病性检测,通过形态学及rDNA-ITS分析法进行鉴定,并探究不同浓度的丁香酚对主要病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明,引起火龙果采后腐烂的病原菌主要为新暗色柱节孢菌(Neoscytalidium dimidiatum)、黑附球菌(Epicoccum nigrum)、尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和球黑孢菌(Nigrospora sphaerica)。并通过体外抑菌及室内毒力测试发现,丁香酚对N.dimidiatum、E.nigrum、F.oxysporum、N.sphaerica均表现出较好的抑制活性,其EC_(50)分别为0.1748、0.1283、0.1147、0.1560 mg/mL。In this study,the pathogens of pitaya fruit were isolated by tissue isolation method,and the pathogenicity of the pathogens was detected according to Koch’s postulates,identified by morphology and r DNA-ITS analysis.The inhibitory effects of different concentrations of eugenol on the main pathogens were explored.The results showed that the main pathogens causing postharvest rot of pitaya fruit were Neoscytalidium dimidiatum,Epicoccum nigrum,Fusarium oxysporum and Nigrospora sphaerica.And through in vitro antibacterial and indoor toxicity tests,it was found that eugenol showed good inhibitory activity against N.dimidiatum,E.nigrum,F.oxysporum and N.sphaerica;its EC_(50) were 0.1748 mg/m L,0.1283 mg/m L,0.1147 mg/m L,and 0.1560 mg/m L,respectively.
