摘　　要：早期美国铝工业绝对领先;二战后经济发展带来全面繁荣;二次石油危机使铝工业格局调整,全球化布局加快;近30年制造业衰退和金融业盛行,使得美国铝工业日渐衰落,海外产能成为国家权属产能的重要来源。American aluminum industry remained in the absolute lead in the early period;The economic growth after World War II led to widespread pros-perity;The second oil crisis adjusted the aluminum industry structure and accelerated globalization.In the past 30 years,American aluminum industry had been declining due to the recession of manufacturing industry and popularity of financial industry,and the overseas production capacity had become an important part of the state-owned production capacity.
