摘  要:利用X射线衍射、矿物定量解离系统(MLA)、扫描电镜(SEM)对云南某高硫铝土矿进行了工艺矿物学研究。分析了矿石的元素和物质组成,着重研究了铝、铁、硫的矿物组成、嵌布特征、粒级分布、矿物单体解离度等工艺矿物学性质,并分析了影响选冶工艺的因素,为该铝土矿的选矿除杂和高效利用提供了理论依据。The process mineralogy of a high-sulfur bauxite from Yunnan was studied by X-ray diffraction,mineral liberation analyzor(MLA)and scan-ning electron microscope(SEM).In this paper,the elements and material composition of the ore are analyzed,and the mineralogical properties of alumi-num,steel and sulfur are emphatically studied,such as mineral composition,distribution characteristics,grain size distribution and mineral dissociation degree.At the same time,the factors that affect the process of beneficiation and smelting are analyzed.This provides a theoretical basis for the beneficia-tion,impurity removal and efficient utilization of the bauxite.
