摘 要:以河南某氧化铝厂的高温拜耳法赤泥为基础材料,通过正交试验确定了赤泥基聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的最佳制备条件,并在此条件下制备了赤泥基聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂,测试了其结构、盐基度等性能,考察了赤泥基聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂对市政污泥沉降性能的影响。结果表明,本文所述赤泥基聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂对市政污泥沉降性能具有较好的改善作用,但在实际生产中还需要兼顾赤泥酸浸渣的资源化利用。Taking the high-temperature Bayer red mud of an alumina refinery in Henan province as the basic material,the optimum preparation condi-tions of red mud-based polyaluminum ferric chloride flocculant were determined through orthogonal test.Under this condition,the red mud-based polyaluminum ferric chloride flocculant was prepared,its structure,salinity and other properties were tested,and the effect of red mud-based polyalumi-num ferric chloride flocculant on the sedimentation performance of municipal sludge was investigated.The results showed that the red mud-based poly-aluminum ferric chloride flocculant described in this paper can improve the sedimentation performance of municipal sludge,but the resource utilization of red mud acid leaching residue needs to be considered in practical production.
