摘  要:本文基于电解槽热电数学模型,分析了铝水高度对传统型电解槽和节能型电解槽的水平电流和热平衡的影响,计算了电解槽伸腿长度和阴极散热量与铝水高度的变化趋势。结果显示,对于节能型阴极结构电解槽,铝水高度对磁流体稳定性的提升作用要明显小于传统型阴极结构电解槽,而对槽膛形状的影响要显著大于传统型电解槽。铝水高度超过24 cm,伸腿长度迅速增加,槽膛情况恶化,反而破坏了电解槽运行的稳定性。建议节能型阴极结构电解槽,特别是采用石墨化阴极的节能型电解槽,在稳定运行期保持20 cm左右的低铝水平工艺路线。Based on the thermo-electric mathematical model of aluminum reduction cells,the influence of the metal level on the horizontal current and thermal balance of traditional cells and energy-saving cells is analyzed and discussed,the changing trend for the length of ledge,cathode heat dissipation and metal level is calculated.The results show that for the energy-saving cathode cell,the effect of the metal level on the stability of the MHD perform-ance is significantly lower than that of the traditional cathode cell,and the influence on the ledge shape is significantly greater than that of traditional cells.If the metal level exceeds 24 cm,the length of ledge increases rapidly,and the cavity condition deteriorates,which destroys the stability of the cell opera-tion.It is recommended that the energy-saving cathode cell,especially graphitized cathode enery-saving aluminum reduction cells,should follow the 20 cm low metal level process route during the stable operation period.
