摘  要:电解槽启动结束后经过非正常期管理使其形成规整的炉膛,能量平衡和物料平衡逐步建立,电解槽技术参数、经济指标逐步达到正常槽控制目标。但是长期以来电解槽非正常期管理周期一般需要90天左右,总体能耗指标较高,如何有效缩短电解槽非正常期管理周期,进一步降低电解铝厂生产成本,将是本文重点探讨的课题。After startup of aluminum reduction cells,the clear and neat cavity profile is formed through abnormal period management,the energy balance and material balance are gradually established,the technical parameters and economic indicators of aluminum reduction cells gradually reach the normal control target.However,the abnormal period management cycle of aluminum reduction cells generally takes about 90 days for a long time,with rather high overall energy consumption index.It is the major discussion subject of this paper about how to effectively shorten the abnormal period management cycle of aluminum reduction cells and further reduce the production cost of aluminum smelters.
