摘　　要：本文以铝电解系列电解槽绝缘检测系统为研究对象,对现有电解槽绝缘检测系统存在的问题进行了分析和研究,提出了一种电解槽绝缘电阻实时检测系统,以实现电解槽对地绝缘电阻值的在线检测、自动识别绝缘破坏电解槽和精准定位。This paper takes the insulation detection system of aluminum reduction cells in aluminum potline as the research object,analyzes existing prob-lems of the current insulation detection system,and provides a real-time detection system for its insulation resistance,so as to realize its on-line detec-tion of insulation resistance to earth,automatic identification and accurate positioning of the aluminum reduction cells with damaged insulation.
