摘 要:目的探讨比较全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪检测血糖的临床效果。方法本文选择青海省中医院2020年1月-2020年12月门诊收治的185例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均分别给予全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪检测血糖。对比分析两种不同检测方法空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖检测结果。结果两种不同检测方法空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖检测结果比较,差异未见统计学意义(t=1.760,P=0.079;t=1.949,P=0.052)。结论全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪均具备较高的临床诊断价值,可准确监测患者血糖水平变化情况。临床监测过程中具体仪器设备的选择,需根据实际情况进行考量,为糖尿病患者的临床诊疗提供有力数据支持。Objective This study aims to compare theclinical effeet of automalic biochemical analyzer and rapidblood glucose analyzer in detecting blood glucose.Methods 185 palients with type 2diabeles in our hospilalfrom January 2020 to December 2020 wereselecled as the research objects.All patients weregiven automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter to detect blood glucose The results of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose were compared belween them.Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose betweent hetwo methods(t=1.760,P=0.079;t=1.949.P=0.052).Conclusion Both automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose analyzer have high clinical diagnostic value.It canaccurately monitor thechangesof blood glucose level in palients.In the process of clinical monitoring.theselection of specific instruments and equipment should be considered according to the actual situation. provides strong data support fortheclinical diagnosisandtreatmentof patientswith diabeles.
