15例ICU脓毒性休克患者急性皮肤衰竭的护理管理

摘　　要：目的分析ICU脓毒性休克患者急性皮肤衰竭(Acute skin failure,ASF)的护理管理效果,为临床提供参考依据。方法回顾性选取2021年1月-2021年12月南京医科大学附属无锡市人民医院15例ICU脓毒性休克患者,通过ASF早期评估、实施低灌注患者翻身策咯、积极改善皮肤低灌注、积极处理急性皮肤衰竭危险因素、积极的营养支持、积极处理局部病理因素、提供伤口念合环境等措施进行护理管理,分析惠者ASF的护理管理效果。结果15例ICU脓毒性休克患者中,发生ASF有6例,其中腹部3例,后枕1例,尾歌2例:经ASF护理管理干预后,5例惠者完全念合,1例患者创面好转(出现肉芽,无脓性分泌物)。结论ICU病房充斤着损害皮肤循环的因素和条件,通过合适的皮肤护理管理措施可改善脓毒性休克患者皮肤护理质量,有利于改善患者ASF结局。0bjective To analyxe the nursing management efee of Acute skin failure(ASF)in ICU patients with septic shock,in onder to provide reference for elinical prartire.Methods Fifteen ICU patients with sepic shock in our hospital from January 2021 to Derember 2021 were retrospectively selected.Through early assment of ASF.implementation of the strategy of turning over patients with byoperfusion,activen improvermernl of hyperfusion of sin.active teatm of acue skin filure risk frcos,active nutrtional suppor.active treatment of local pathological fcorsprovide wound healing enironment and other measures to carry out nursing managenent,analyze the eff of nursing management of patients with ASF.Resu Its Among 15 patients with septite shock in ICU.6 cases developed ASF.ineluding 3 casers in ahdomen.1 case in posterior oreipital,and 2 rases in eaudal sacral.After ASF nursing management intervention.5 patients healed omplelely,and 1 patient's woun surfare improverd(granulation,no purulenl sretions).Conclusions The ICU is full of factors and condition-thal impair skin rculinn.ppopriat skin care managrnent ean improve the quality and oulcome of ASF in patients with septir shork.
