摘　　要：目的探析中医辩证协同他克莫司、准分子激光对白癜风患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2017年10月-2019年11月期间至广东省珠海市慢性病防治中心接受治疗的白癜风患者60例作为研究对象,将2017年10月-2018年10月期间入院的患者列为对照组(n=40),将2018年11月-2019年11月期间入院的患者列为研究组(n=20),对照组采用他克莫司联合中成药治疗,研究组在此基础上采用中医辩证协同准分子激光治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率,并统计其治疗后的不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗后总有效率90.00%高于对照组的80.00%,其治疗后不良反应发生率15.00%低于对照组的27.50%,以上数据经对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辩证协同他克莫司、准分子激光治疗白癜风患者的效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状及体征,促进其皮肤恢复正常,此新疗法临床有效率较高,且患者治疗后不良反应的发生风险更低,其安全性也较高。但此研究由于数据较少,存在一定局限性,临床可从此方面开展更深入研究。0bjective To explore the clinical effect of TCM dialeetical coordination with tacrolimus and excimer laser on patients with vitiligo.Methods A total of 60 patients with viligo who received treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Patients adnitedl from October 2017 to 0ctober 2018 were lassified as the control group(n=4),and patients admitted from November 2018 to November 2019 were classified as the sudy group(n=20).The control group was treated with tacrolimus combined with Chinese patent medieine,and the research group was Irated with TCM syndrome difreniation and excimer laser on this basis.The tolal effective rate of the two groups afer Ireatment was ohserved,and the ineidence of adverse reactions after trealment was analyed.Results THe total efective rate of the study goup was 90.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%.and the ineidence of adverse reactions afer treatment was 15.00%lower than that of the control group 27.50%.The differences in the above data were satistially significan(P<0.05).Conc lus ion TCM syndrome diferentation combined with tacrolimus and exeimer laser has a signifcant efeet on patients with vitiligo.which can fectively improve the dinical symptoms and signs of patients and promole their skin to retum t0 normal.This new therapy has a high clinical value,and the risk of adverse reactions afer treatment is lower,and its safety is also high.Hovever.the data in this study are limited and there are some limitations Further dinical research ean be earried out in this aspect.
